I’m sorry I have been away from blogging for so long. I haven't worked on any projects since Christmas, but the warmer temperatures are getting me back in the crafting mood. Chris and I have had a pretty rough 2010 so far. Like I told you back in January, Chris’ mother was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She had to travel to SLU hospital every two weeks for chemo and when she was at home she had to have someone stay with her at all times. On March 7th while at SLU, Pat passed away. She developed a blood clot that broke off and traveled to her lungs and slowed her heart rate. It was a shock to everyone, but they are all handling it pretty good.
Besides Pat passing away,
- Chris hit a deer. It was a young deer, but it still messed up his bumper and grill.
- We have had major sewer problems. I’m sure you don’t want to know all of the details…
- We had a $400 water bill and had no idea why, but still had to pay it.
I guess it could be a whole lot worse, so I won’t complain anymore. I am excited to be back blogging again and can’t wait to find new projects to work on. I will be back tomorrow to show you what my mom got me for my birthday.
